We need one more person for our swap!
Would anyone be interested in swapping a mini album? We need one more participant so that we will have 4 sets of partners. Also, I wanted to let you know that I will be posting a tutorial on how I made the accordion tag pocket on my Vintage mini. Hopefully I will have that up later today!

Anyone up for a swap?
I've been wanting to try a swap for a while now. There are some neat videos on Youtube of mini's that people are making and swapping. I went to a few message boards today looking for a group, but they were all currently closed or I wasn't interested in the theme. I want to do something simple, maybe a 6x6 mini with 5 or 6 pages. Would anyone be interested in swapping with me? I think it would be fun, let me know!:)
Creating a button for your blog
Hi guys!
My next project is creating a button for my blog. Of course, I have no idea how to do this. I found step by step instructions on the following blog. I'm going to give it a try!

Spruce up your blog
I found this helpful article on the web. There are links to several sites where you can download free templates, backgrounds, etc. for your blog. http://buzz.blogger.com/2009/06/spruce-up-your-blog.html
Want to print 4 different pictures on one 4x6 ?
As someone who likes to make minis, I need to have photos that are smaller than 3x5 much of the time. Cropping 3x5 or 4x6 photos down to the size I needed didn't work because I lost too much of the picture detail that I wanted to scrap. I develop my photos at Costco most of the time, but the smallest print you can make is a 4x6, unless you buy a sheet of four wallets for 26 cents more, and even then all four wallets are of the same photo.
I discovered a program called Photosheet that can be downloaded for free here www.photility.com
Here you can select what size sheet you want to print, 4x6, 8x10, etc. and then decide how many pictures you want to add to that sheet, all of the pictures can be different if you want! Then you just save the file and upload it to your favorite photo printing site. One of my favorites to print is four 2x2's on a 5x7 sheet. I use this program for every mini I make, LOVE it!

My Tuesday Morning finds
I want to thank the folks over at Two Peas who turned me on to Tuesday Morning. I have been there a few times over the years, but somehow I missed the scrapbooking section. They actually have a decent number of things for scrapping. Here's some pics of what I got:
The most exciting thing I bought was this 9,000 piece scrapbook kit by Cosmo Cricket. It's GORGEOUS, and it only cost $14.99. The box weighs a ton.
Here's a list of what it comes with. If you click on the picture you can see it better.
Here's one thing from the kit. These are two slide out albums. Too stinkin' cute!
It comes with a little booklet of ideas.
Here's some other stuff I got, most of it was $.99 each, a few things were $1.99
It's hard to see from the picture, but these are nature chipboard pieces. ( I'm nutty for chipboard, can't get enough!) One sheet has butterflies, the other sheet has different shaped leaves. 99 cents!
Ok, this has nothing to do with scrapbooking, but it was too cute to pass up. My son loves boxes!
